They're very accommodating and professional. It is a good facility and I recommend this place, although I think, at that time, it was understaffed. They need to work on this to better serve their patients. Which was not needed just slowed down Mom's care. MOM will not ever be there again they are sending bills with no real details do not answer phones or return calls.
These people proceeded to tell my father that he was a terrible father on raising his children. Because we said we couldn't pay that up front. We were both in our 20s and one just recently moved out of state. My sister had a meeting with the 'Social Workers' there.. We were told we were terrible daughters for not paying for this. Saying we did not care about our father at all.

Aides yelling at each other in the hallways, while pushing residents in wheelchairs. The administration was catty and unprofessional. The staff was treated poorly, and demeaned by the administrators. There was not enough staff to care for the residents properly, probably because of the way they were treated.
